Written part (test): PC room, Husova 3, second floor.

Oral part:  seminary room, dept. of Internal medicine I, FN-Lochotín, entrance B, floor 5. Lists of students for all three examination days is bellow.  

Excuses from the state examination: in written form only, dated, signed and delivered to the secretary of the dept. of Internal medicine I in ten days from the date of the examination (excuses via e-mail or phone is not accepted)
